Cristian Romero scores his first Tottenham goal

Bentancur also on target as Spurs beat Brighton

Tottenham Hotspur beat Brighton Hove Albion 2-0 in a Premier League match at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday.

Cristian Romero opened the scoring for Spurs in the first half with a header from a corner and Rodrigo Bentancur added a second in the second half with a shot from outside the box.

The win moves Spurs up to third in the Premier League table, while Brighton remain in 10th place.
